  • Well, the thing that really pisses me off is the fact that since the gig's been moved so has the tickets. We ordered _standing_ tickets for Annexet at 09.15 this morning, and without being asked the arrangers has transformed these (and hundreds of other peoples tickets) into SEATING tickets for Hovet. This is fucking unbelieveble!! Without being asked, I now get something that I didn't order in the first place. The ticket agency (Ticnet) says they can't do a thing about it, since the decision to move the whole shebang was made by the arrangers (Ema Telstar). I'll let them know I exist tomorrow, be very sure...
I'll sue the bastards... or something....

    Anyone else encountered this problem?

    A Slight Case of Overcombing
  • Ok, Now they are still selling a few tickets to the Annexet gig on ticnet.se - What does that mean???
    Anonymous -- Tuesday October 01 2002, @11:00AM (#43575)
  • Did anyone from outside of Sweden get through to Ticnet on the phone? I called from Norway and there was no chance in getting trough. There were also several articles about Norwegian callers being blocked when trying to order Springsteen tickets a month ago. What kind of a company is Ticnet.se?! I ordered my tickets trough the ticnet.se, but apparently they don't send tickets ordered from ticnet.se abroad. So if I don't come up with a clever solution I have to drive for a whole day to pick up my tickets!

And if they have changed my order to seated I will surely strike down with great vengence on this lousy ass ticketservice!

  • Did anyone who called from outside of Sweden get tickets? I called from Norway and it was impossible to get through. Not only at nine o'clock, but also this afternoon, when I called to inquire how I could physically get my tickets. Severel norwegian papers wrote that Ticnet were blocking Norwegian callers trying to get tickets for the springsteen concert. Did this happen again?

Got my tickets through their website, but apparently they don't ship tickets outside of sweden, so I may have to drive to Karlstad to get my tickets. And that's a days trip!

And if they now tell me that my order have been changed to seated, I will surely strike down with great vengeance on this lousy ticketservice!

  • Why are they doing this to us? Why Hovet? And ticknet should be ashamed of themselves. No expenation whatsoever. I went to ticnet.se an hour ago and no standing tickets was availibe, then I checked back later and now, all of a sudden, you was able to get standing tickets.
I really can't understand if standing tickets still are availible, and if it is, then WHY have people who had standing tickets at Annexet got seated tickets at Hovet...
Something went terribly wrong in Stockholm this morning.

  • Oh come on people. It's not THAT bad... Ok I guess it wasn't nice to give people who bought standing tickets seats but it was only a few people they did that to and those people had booked the tickets late.
I'm glad they moved the venue to Hovet because I wouldn't have a ticket at all if they hadn't (and I was looking for tickets at 10.00 in the morning as soon as the store that sold them opened)! 2000 seats is too small for Morrissey in Stockholm anyway...
Oh and the reason standing-tickets are available again is that they get tickets in return all the time.

  • It's so sad to see, hardly any happy faces here..
I'm going to Malmö, but I'm still angry with ticnet and EMA for not respecting us.
    I feel for you.

  • I got the concert poster for Morrissey in Annexet woho! Not that good but I have seen uglier... the picture is the same as they have on the official poster (I'm glad they didn't use that creepy picture that is on the cover to the "Best of"-album) and I'm happier to have this one on my wall (It says "Morrissey in Stockholm" after all...).
