Accurate solo tab Let Me Kiss You

Has anyone come across an accurate solo tab for this, the ones I've seen aren't that good. I know it's based around an A minor??

You can capo it second if you like, some recordings sound higher, but it goes like this:

Verse: (There's a place in the sun...)
Am--->Em--->Dm--->Am--->Em--->Am--->F--->G--->Am--->G

Ch: (Close your eyes...)
C--->E7--->Am--->G--->F

(And let me kiss you...)
Dm--->C--->G--->Dm--->C--->E7

Instrumenal break - pick around the chords bringing the finger on the B string on and off as required on Fret 1:

Am--->Em--->F--->G--->Em--->Am--->F--->G (barred E on third fret)--->E11 (actually G on third fret - same as last chord but with the D string one fret further up the fretboard)

Second instrumental break/bridge

Am--->Em--->D--->Dsus4--->D--->Dsus2--->D--->Cadd9

etc

Cheers,

Peter

P.S If you want help with any bits, I can do a quick video.
