man i ve been so busy. just no time to transfer the 2004 church gig, will get on it asap though.
huge thanks for these :thumb: and the pearl jam collab with peter buck.
i heard the puck buck n snow patrol band thing the other day, pretty poor effort really.

26 March 2008, Apple Store, London UK ? do you want the audience or the Fm or the official? got official aswell as the itunes bonus that nearly completes it.
14 september 2004, Hammersmith Apollo, London, UK *is this the oxfam gig? if so ive got about 2tracks from the oxfam video broadcast. LMR & MOTM feat Chris Martin. :) also have MOTM feat Chris Martin from the newspaper oxfam giveaway cd if you want me to upload it.

26 March 2008, Apple Store, London UK:
Saw at murmurs for a long time ago there was a complete FM recording of the show, thats the recording I was meaning. If you have a complete recording, it will be great. I only have the Itunes version. Audience recording or FM recording is the same for me, but a complete show will be cool.

Yes, I was thinking about the oxfam. 2 tracks is better than 0 tracks

Ran into this GREAT R.E.M. thread earlier in the week in search of b-sides, rarities, non-album tracks, etc., and now have about 5 CDs worth of fantastic stuff. Thanks to all!:))

Now I've registered as a new member here in search of a particular concert that was referenced here as a Dime posting which no longer exists:(. I'm dying for this one, not only because I've heard such great things about it (REM in top form playing an unheard of 36 songs) but also because I graduated from A.S.U. in 1981. The concert I'd give my right eye for (figuratively speaking;)) is:

R.E.M. - A.S.U. Activities Center, Tempe, AZ, March 18, 1989

I'll keep my fingers crossed...

Thanks:crazy:

Hi All

Does anybody have any complete or near-complete concert recordings of R.E.M in Perth (any year)? I already have the live 'fretless' from 1995.

Thanks

Tom

beautiful people,
i'm searching for the video of the gig at trafalgar square 2001 to support the south africa. any link?
i thank you in advance

Can I reply to my own reply? Have I already become a pain after just 2 days of membership? So many questions...

Speaking of which, although I just posted the request and am super grateful for my "R.E.M. - A.S.U. Activities Center, Tempe, AZ, March 18, 1989" (uploaded at lightning speed!)...Okay, here comes the "but"...But does anyone have the concert in higher kbps than 128? I'm not asking for flac (although that'd be cool), but 256 or 320 kbps?

Thanks:)

PS - Is there a most commonly mentioned "Greatest soundboard REM concert ever" amongst REM fans? And if so, does anyone here happen to have it?

red rain bootleg? as in the 1987 broadcast bootleg? or is this a new boot

no, it's a bootleg released in 2008/2009 with other tracks like THE OUTSIDERS (ALTERNATIVE VERSION). unfortunately this cd was available in my library and has been stolen. :( but I ripped LOW DESERT (as it's my fav) ... and if you ask me, I like this version more than the album version. ;)

take care
:)

Just going through my REM cd collection to add shows that I haven't seen on this forum and that I cannot readily and easily locate anywhere on tinternet.

The majority of these are audience recordings (with many of the soundboards already being posted on this forum) and as such sound quality varies. But I thought I would throw them up for you to pick out some that might fill a few gap or two in a collection. As you are all probably aware setlists can be found here: http://www.remchronicle.com

I know there is a preference to let people know sources etc but most of these were bought as bootlegs or are shows that were traded on cd over a lot of years, some through tapetrader.com (before it was so easy to up and download shows over the net). So I don't have that information but a big thanks to all the original tapers and concert traders whoever you are. Hope you find something of interest

Here's the first few:
