Autograph legit or fake?

So I won this bid on eBay (I know, bad idea) but I thought I'd take a risk for $35. Either way, it's a cool CD and I will learn from my experience not to buy without asking someone first.

Looks authentic to me.

It probably sold at a show during the Years of Refusal Tour and should have a numbered stamp on the back.

Sorry to say, it does not look authentic. just my opinion, but to my eye its not even close.
