"Yes I Am Blind" was not played. "What She Said" segued into "Rubber Ring" with Morrissey singing the "la da day"s. Just a hint of it, but it was there. The songs that saved your life

Thanks. He played 20 tonight. I wonder if there's any pattern to that? Seems like he would have been rested for Detroit but the "short" list and skipping the band intros seemed to indicate otherwise.

I think he just forgot to introduce the band. He sometimes has problems with his memory. There are moments when he is a bit distracted or when he sings the same verse twice. I also noticed that he has some problems with fast and lyrically rich songs. So it doesn't surprise me that the set focuses on rather slow songs. By the way, wasn't it at some show in 2013 where he introduced the band, beginning with Gustavo, then got distracted by the audience and introduced Gustavo again? Reportedly everone in the audience was confused by this.

Sometimes, this just happens. Oftentimes, he'll catch it and make a joke, other times, he just shuffles through. In 2009, at The Academy of Music in Philadelphia, he legit forgot the entire song during the stage rushing and just joked through it while singing something like "I forgot the words, I forgot the words, I can't remember what to sing." It was quite funny. He's not forgetful. He's just distracted. Plus, he's a little too young for dementia, peeps.

Who said something about dementia? I just said that he has problems with his memory. Apart from that, just to make it clear, my grandmother got dementia at the young age of 59.

FULL CONCERT (DETROIT):

(part one)
(part two)
(part three)

thank you for recording and sharing

my kid was the 11 year old Morrissey interacted with -- so it is great to have this recording

moz interacted with him I believe due to the fact we had MOZ written on his forehead. He does not have a morrissey t shirt...yet, as did i , his brother and sister who were also there... so he needed something....

I only saw him sneeze once or twice near the beginning of the show so I'm not sure if he's sick, as some people are claiming. But he did cut one song from the total count in Detroit. He played 20 songs at Akron and Cincinnati. Looking back at the Ryman show set list, he only did 19 songs there too. We'll see what he does here in Chicago tonight. It hasn't been mentioned yet but he also didn't introduce the band last night. That's the first time I've seen them not get introduced.

Yeah, I thought that was really strange. No band intro, no shirt toss. Sad times.

This venue was a nightmare for me as a disabled person. I got to park in the lot with Morrissey's bus and go in the stage entrance - but they didn't have a disability section and didn't really care the bathroom was 2 floors down, or that my companion was not accommodated with a seat at all. Yeah, he was great, but my experience that night was a hot mess.

Saw Jesse very briefly backstage as I was leaving.
