Only 500 or so made for promotional purposes in Germany. Record Collector valued it at £350 a few years back - at number 10 in the top 100 collectables. But the price has gone up since then, in part because of Stefan's apetite for collecting them you would be lucky to buy one for less than £400.
I think that they were originally distributed in plain white sleeves, but most have now been paired with a German sleeve.
