Whats peoples favourite Woody Allen films, providing youre a fan of course...

1. Manhatten
2. Annie Hall
3. Play It Again Sam
4. Sleeper
5. Deconstructing Harry

1. Annie Hall
2. Hannah And Her Sisters
3. Shadows And Fog
4. Crimes And Misdemeanors
5. Sweet And Lowdown
6. Manhattan
7. Bananas
8. Bullets Over Broadway
9. A Midsummer Night's Sex Comedy
10. Love And Death

I thought "Scoop" was excellent, even better than the overrated "Match Point". I would be perfectly happy if Scarlett Johannssen were his muse in every film he makes from here on out.

1. Annie Hall
2. Bullets Over Broadway
3. Hannah and Her Sisters
4. Deconstructing Harry
5. Bananas

By the way, Play It Again Sam isn't really a Woody Allen film, since he didn't write or direct it... it's based on a play. Still a great film, though. I also think that Matchpoint was the best thing he did since Deconstrucing Harry.

It was directed by Herbert Ross, but it was based on a play by Woody Allen who also wrote the screenplay for the movie.

Natasha, to love is to suffer.

To avoid suffering, one must not love.

But then one suffers from not loving.

Therefore, to love is to suffer.

Not to love is to suffer.
To suffer is to suffer.

To be happy is to love.

To be happy, then, is to suffer,
but suffering makes one unhappy.

Therefore, to be unhappy one must love,

or love to suffer,
or suffer from too much happiness...

I hope you're getting this down.

I never want to marry.

I just want to get divorced.

Oh, look. It's Boris.

Boris, what happened?

- I got screwed.
- How?

I don't know. Some vision said I was
going to get pardoned, and they shot me.

Sleeper
Zelig
Annie Hall
Sweet And Lowdown
Radio Days

Oh, I didn't know that... I thought that he just acted in it. Okay, so it's more of a Woody Allen film than I thought...

Im afraid Yorkshire does indeed count, if, by 'the city' this implies you are southern, then all is forgiven!

I shouldnt have missed out Stardust Memories by the way...or Hannah & Her Sisters, or Love And Death even...
