Absolute favourite is tequila, particularly in the form of a Margarita. I have to find a drink that can beat a well-made Margarita, and I live near a bar which makes the best I've ever tasted.

A normal, less classy, night out would involve starting on red wine and then moving onto double vodka and diet coke (or bottled lager, depending upon where I am), with perhaps the odd shot or two here and there.
