For clarification I was just making the point that the original post in which the person said that they "leaved" the bookstore was in excellent English, and that taking the piss out of that small error, knowing full well it was someone writing in a second language, was a bit snide and unpleasant in my opinion.

I understood the point the original poster made completely, and believe it is polite to cut a bit of slack to those who are writing in a foreign language, particularly as their skills in English outstrip my Swedish by a considerable distance.

As the person who took the piss claims to be a Swede themselves it is, if anything, slightly worse. It makes them a bit of a dick, by which I mean an actual dick, and not a flat pack bookcase.

He wouldn't be able to button it up.

Haven't you leaved yet?

LOL

Johnny is a bit corny

LOL

You'd think by now she wouldn't have to wait in any kind of line... be it for a signing or gig. Maybe it is just symbolic... playing the part of the ultimate 'fan' rather than what she truly is by now, a friend.

Well, she didn't wait...did she? Not really.

Thank goodness. That would be like making his sister get in the Que. She's paid her dues. Let her be first.

No...what I meant by that, is like with everyone else she had to buy her book yesterday. Like Boz. He bought his copy yesterday as well. She was there to show her support. It's like what anyone would do when they want to support a friend. This is a big thing for Morrissey. This has been in the works for years - a decade - maybe more. She was there supporting her friend. That's why she was first in line. It has nothing to do with being the ultimate fan.

She represents the ultimate fan to the fans. She is indeed a symbol. It is a ritual. Buy books... still in bag. Get them signed. Pics, publicity, like cutting the ribbon. Or being the Head of State in Moz Fandom. But yes, as I stated a post back, she is not just a fan, she is a friend. :)

Yes. Represents. That's what I said a few posts back...she is the face for fans like me who are infallibly loyal to Morrissey.

You keep saying this. But I am not so certain it is something one would/should want to brag about. Most of us don't aspire to be this kind of fan.

Thank you for posting the video clip- love how he says "everything ready" as he arranges the pens, and very cute exchange of glance with the blonde woman in charge of everything.

Wish i could have been there!

She was first through the line, don't you know...he unpacked his pens, had a seat and there she was.
Video here.

Morrissey looks so handsome.I love his style. These pics made me smile. I wish I`ve could of been there.I can`t wait till my book arrives!:love:

Thanks for that fun video. I imagined myself if I was there I'd start yelling, "MOZ IS FUNNY, MOZ IS FUNNY." His silliness is fun. :) Then I would start getting worried at how much Julia was pawing him and how it seemed like he had to appease her clinginess because they have a quid pro quo relationship. LOL.

My copy should be over the Atlantic right now. I love Morrissey, and wish him well.

So were Mr Proper and Wally there? I sure hope they got a mention in the book.

I'm not that drunk. You have a lot at stake here, RB. I applaud your efforts to keep the dream alive.

ANYWAY, back to the signing...he looks so healthy. And cuddly. Lucky Bulgarian woman. A little jelly, I gotta say.
