Hatful of Hollow Tokuma LP no obi strip - What's a fair price?

I'm helping a friend sell off some records and need some help placing a value on this LP. Vinyl and insert are NM and the sleeve is in VG condition. There is no obi strip included with this record. About how much should she be asking? Thanks for your help,

Not very much I'm afraid, OBI is essential and if sleeve is only VG...
