Good news is that the Morrissey show is still happening! Bad news is that bad weather the past few days means we can't have it on the Lawn.

But, the show will go on at the brand-spankin' new Smart Financial Centre at 18111 Lexington Boulevard, Sugar Land, Texas 77479

And of course!
Yes! Your existing ticket is still good for Smart Financial Centre. No new ticket is needed!
Yes! If your tickets are will-call, you can still pick them up from will call at Smart Financial Centre!
Yes! Show times are expected to stay the same.

See ya Friday...I hope.

Where are my General Admission tickets located?
On the above image, all the original Lawn General Admission will be first come first serve within the green section of the above image. Please help us out and do not leave empty seats between you and the other customers as the Ushers will ask you to move over.

But what about our Add-On’s?

Premium Hilltop Seats - Don’t worry we will be upgrading your tickets into the Golden Circle seats which gets you right up front! We hopefully will have your exact seat locations to you by end of business on Thursday 04/13/2017.

Balcony Access - The great thing about the Smart Financial Centre is that they also have a Premium Balcony that you are going to be amazed when you see. When you arrive at the show bring your Balcony Access tickets up to the Club Seats and we will exchange your ticket for a Club Seat wristband and allow you to pick your seat.

Parking - We are still working out a few details for those that have pre-purchased your parking. We will send you another email when it is finalized but don’t worry we will make sure you are taken care of!

Thanks,
Pegstar, WOMH & StubWire

I post anonymously just to distance myself from the site. I can't bring myself to admit that I have something in common with all these nasty, bitter people. I agree with David T's argument about not censoring comments, so we have to live with the dull and demented (Moz allerteration emphasied).

When I first found the site I was excited about actually finding other Moz fans. I've been a fan since the mid 90's and have not met anyone (other than concerts) that like him or even heard of him. It's completely insane. So I find the site, open my heart to this Mecca, and was crushed.

Need to listen to some Malajusted. Love you Moz.
Thats just the psycho brigade afraid of real life and taking out their ineptness by being hateful and vindictive all the time on Moz Solo. There are a lot of nice posters too who are more balanced and respectful. Just ignore the bad eggs. If you don't give them power they can't hurt you. Heavy words are so lightly thrown.

Oh no! The Ramones covers have gone straight to his head. I hope he doesn't get sedated and end up buried in a Pet Sematary!
Then he might have to join Stephen King in the 'Rock Bottom Remainders' band, or feature as a character in the next King book. Off topic: I'm looking forward to 'IT' in the cinema.

I used to think this way, but being anonymous helps you to remain out of the scoop of the serial haters who downvote all your posts simply because you wrote them, without even reading them. Anonymity makes if they want to serial downvote at least they will have to read all the posts.

I really question how much that's going to happen unless you are trolling or just being generally unreasonable and disrespectful toward other posters.

So many people seem to forget that the one from 1990 was AWFUL with the exception of Tim Curry being Tim Curry. That's nostalgia for you!

That happens all the time when you think in a different way than the haters an dare to say it.

I've got $20 on not another note being played on this tour. History is on my side.

That's true.

I can understand that reason.

So folks, what is the problem? Here we have an example(and I'm sure there are more) of people who are afraid to post because of serial harassment. Now I must confess that I had my share of tit for tat and used the rating system to get back at those who did the same to me, very childish I know.

Well I see three issues, 1. the rating system that does more harm than good, and it's not something that's easy to just ignore. And it will keep new posters away or remain as anonymous, and as it has done, it can drive long time posters away. So I don't see the benefit of it and why it is kept.

2. Moderators. I don't really know the details of what their duties are and what they're expected to do, I'm sure they have to keep some order around here, and a lot of crap anonymous posts we don't see because of screening could only be a good thing, we hope.
Seems we must have faith in their judgment of what they think is right or wrong, but time and time again posters have been a bit suspicious of their judgments and at times I also wonder why this or that post is allowed, because to me it seems racist or harassing.

Anyways, the issue of the rating system has been brought up before, so I think it should be done away with or the moderators should police the way it is used better. I'm mainly talking here about serial rating harassment where a poster uses the rating system in quick succession just running through the threads and down voting a particular user regardless of the content in each individual post.

3. The issue of not having the option to put on ones ignore list individual anonymous posters.

UGH, sorry for that rant, hope there's something there that could be implemented. Anyways I'm not telling anyone on how to run their site, because there are a lot of great things about this site too, it's just unfortunate that sometimes the bad outweighs the good.

So, everyone's GA ticket remains a standing GA ticket, but now there will be a section of seats directly in front of the stage, which can be purchased for an additional $75 "upgrade"? Am I understanding that correctly.

I was looking forward to the original venue. This new one looks sterile and in the middle of nowhere.
After reading their description of the new venue, I felt like I just bought a car I didn't want.

why don't you want to sign up? I don't understand the benefit.

'I am not any more anonymous to you than you are to me.'

To me it's not about that kind of 'anonymity'. It's about posters/users having some kind of steady name to identify each other with. It's about having some respect for each other and by signing up one will understand where you are coming from and can interact accordingly. One builds up a relationship of sorts dependent on how they present themselves in their posts.
Spot on Ketamine. I know personally that you and I have both disagreed and agreed; but we at least 'know' each other, in an utmost strange way, as all of us non-ANON's do.

Posting as an ANON is in similitude to paying taxes. Right off the top, an ANON loses 50% of credence, and/or attention; fair or not. It's just the truth. If you want your message to be read, and digested, there really has to be an identity behind it.

Agreed. Read the book. Loved it. Watched the 90's television miniseries and wanted to hide in my closet. Ultimately, some of the worst acting to be produced from a good book.

Against my better judgement, I took my flight in and just landed at Hobby. Hoping for the best! Otherwise I'll be drinking in the nearby shopping mall (there is nothing else in the area!) all day/night. Even more than if the show goes off, I mean.....

With a bit of luck, this will be my 60th Morrissey show.

Good luck to you die hards the flew in to see him! I flew out to see him at the Greek Theatre at UC Berkeley in '02. Wishing you all the best of luck, hoping he makes it to Dallas tomorrow night.

Morrissey! Morrissey! Morrissey!

Against my better judgement, I am flying to Dallas tonight for show #68.

If you're (a) going and (b) interested in meeting up with a couple of other fans who have flown in, drop me a line. :)
