Johnny Marr's new album has "a real London feel" - NME

I don't understand what the hell the London statement is meant to mean unless he is doing Chas and Dave covers or "Knee's up mother brown".
 
I doubt there will be anything Smiths-esque about his next album, but I'll give it a go. I still can't believe this is the same man that wrote "Strangeways, Here We Come". Where is Johnny Marr?
