Manchester Venue Possibilities

Manchester Venues

Guest
MEN - Given
Apollo - Given (Played there previously)
Academy - Possible
Bridgewater Hall - From the rumours last year, i think this is a strong possibility
City Of Manchester Stadium - Held concerts previously, don't think he could fill it though, prove me wrong!
Salford Quays - Sparks playing/played there, small venue, home town, smallest of the lot but it didn't put him off Paisley did it?
Star and Garter - How ace would that be?!?

Anymore people can think of, please add them below!

Opera house, didn't The Smiths play there?
My money is on The Lowry, MEN, Apollo and Bridewater Hall.

My sauces (sic) tell me it's :
The Forum Theatre, Wythenshawe.
The Feathers, Chorlton.
The Drum, Stretford.
The Wheatsheaf, Altrincham.

I've already printed my tickets off using QuarXpress and Photoshop.

print a couple more off mate, the feathers eh, have they updated the jukebox yet?

I can't see him doing MEN again tbh. OK last year it was his 1st gig in Manchester for a million years & we wasn't privvy to the fact that he'd be doing anymore gigs at the time either if you remember. Doubt he'd sell out such a venue with 3 more in Manchester in the offing eh? Apollo (proper shit venue) I reckon will be a cert, Bridgewater is a great venue but aint it all seater, nah surely the seats must come out eh?
MV-Dean remember when we went to the Duritti Column gig there, did you notice if the seats came out?

love

There's a bit of a contrasting marketing strategy this time, isn't there?
Can't see him doing the MEN - perhaps this time next year when the new albums been 30 weeks in the top five.

Deano? Certainly not...

I dont think they do grim, didn't stop him at the Royal Festival Hall though did it?

The only other venues i can think of as stated are the Lowry (Salford Quays) which was rumoured to be one for last years tour, and COMS, but i can't see him selling this out unless the press go ape shit over the album.

Would be good to see him in the blue camp though!

Merry Xmas All!

The Ritz?

Please NO! The couches have stains.....

Enough said!

Re: The Ritz?

But i doubt they could get away with charging £30+ for a ticket, so it's fine by me!
