Yes those are very good examples ,I called it collaboration because of the front cover credit given on the lp its self ,unlike the others mentioned with back credits.

Suggs on Piccadilly palare

Linder on Driving Your Girlfriend Home is quite prominent. And every Kristeen Young background vocal as well.

Nice to see the artwork has been improved. Also, whilst we are on the topic of backing vocals/collaborations, did Kirsty MacColl do the backing vocals on I'd Love To? I swear it said she did on her website but I can't find the page and there are no credits on the single for backing vocals as far as I know. Would be good to know though because it always bugs me and to me it does sound like her although someone else said it was Alain.

I think it's worded awkwardly and is just an adjunct.

The page in question:
https://www.kirstymaccoll.com/discography/backing-vocals/backing-vocals-1989/

That said, there was discussion here in 2008 suggesting the same.
There's been no official acknowledgement or anything by researchers/writers since the song was released to suggest she was mixed in the background of this song (the Wiki assertion appears based on the Kirst site).

It's a shame that it isn't a bit clearer! Thank you for your help though.

Mr. James Baldwin may have said the same as Mr. M.L.K. Jr. Me says, "Live and let live."

"As the man responsible for the spread of communism in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos, Ho Chi Minh is directly and indirectly responsible for the lives of 1.7 million Cambodians, 12 2 million Vietnamese and possibly 230,000 in Laos. These are not war dead, but people murdered, starved to death and “reeducated” to death."

Pretty much every morrissey guest vocal is faded into the background. The collaborations I do believe we’re part of a pr/sales campaign

"His 1994 single ‘The more you ignore me, the closer I get’ appeared on the CD reissue of Viva hate’, as did ‘I’d love to’. Originally this was the B side of ‘The more you ignore me … ’, and was produced by Steve Lillywhite."

This is irritating. "The more you ignore me, the closer I get" wasn't included on the reissue of Viva Hate. And I never understood why "I'd love to" was either.
