I’d guess those are the GSP (Global Shipping Programme) prices, set by eBay and not the seller.

I use the GSP system too, it’s so much easier for sellers. But damn they do look nasty, I never realised they were so high!

I thought my shipping costs for the fanzines were cheap $2.99 - to $4.99 ??? I can send by media or book rate - I did not set any rates outside the US as I have no idea what they would be ?
