As an avowed clothes whore (in retirement) I can honestly say I have no clue as to the brand of jacket. Sorry. Millets Outlet perhaps?

What makes you think the photo was taken in NYC?

I believe it was taken in somewhere in the UK (possibly Manchester).

The bag he is carrying is Space NK, not NY.
