Never Heard Symphonies: Rarities Anthology

Re: Never-Heard Symphonies (2012 Edition)

Did you happen to add a recording of You'll Be Gone to any recent updates? Or that song he sang in Peru?

The Peru song...no. Thanks for reminding me. I will have to look for it. I honestly have very little interest in this tour.

I believe there is a good quality version of the Elvis song in the comp, but I have been meaning to upgrade it with the audio rip from that full-length show from wherever the f*** he played that was posted recently in HD.

Without insulting anyone here. I found this version of morrisseys cover of you say you dont Love me and i thought it was a bit more clear than the current version on NHS collection. Pardon if it has been posted before and elimnated for any reason

Thank you Skylarker for all your hard work over the years with this. I can't express enough how much I appreciate it. I wish there were some way I could repay you in kind.

Here is the longer, alternate mix of Pashernate Love, originally shared here by Irregular Regular. It has been re-tagged to fit into Volume 9 of the anthology.

Re: Never-Heard Symphonies (2012 Edition)

So now we need to add Seasick acoustic and Please Remember instrumental.

Re: Never-Heard Symphonies (2012 Edition)

Update pack 1-4-16

Irregular Regular's share of the alternate Seasick mix, 123xyz's fan edit take on the same, plus the instrumental demo of You Must Please Remember shared by Famouswhendead.

Thanks guys!

Someone posted that "it does not hurt to ask", so with this in mind, but aware that I may be asking too much from you... Can you, Skylarker or someonelse, zip all the Never-Heard Symphonies volumes and upload it? I tried to track valid links of each volume, but they all expired already, of course. If you can you will make me very happy! Thanks in advance! Cheers, Marco

@Skylarker - did you add the Peru song?

Doesn't your OCD make you want to?

I don't consider any of this the result of OCD...it's just doing a job properly. I don't even have that song or know what it is or when it was played... like I said, my interest in him as a touring ensemble is touch and go at best. But if you have a link to the recording, I will do what I can.

Re: Never-Heard Symphonies (2012 Edition)

As suggested by Ryan here...many thanks to Famous When Dead and Irregular Regular for providing the video and audio rip/mp3 conversion, respectively, of El Condor Pasa, now re-tagged for the NHS.

As suggested above, here is a better version of You Say You Don't Love Me from the Wireless 02 Fest. It is tagged to replace the existing file in Volume 19.

Note: Irregular Regular recently alerted the forum to a superior copy recording of the Wireless show on Smithstorrents, and then posted an mp3 conversion of same, which sounds excellent. I'm not sure if that's the same source as the Youtube video mentioned in this post, but just to clarify, the version of YSYDLM previously found on NHS has been replaced with Irregular Regular's file, which my or may not be the same version as the Youtube clip.

Admittedly haven't watched the clip, only played IR's file.

I checked a few of the links randomly and I have to tell you, they all worked fine and showed up as active.

And as suggested by Ryan above, here's You'll Be Gone , tagged for NHS Volume 22. I cannot believe it was not already there; I swear I'd included it. But I guess not. Anyway, this recording from the Hammersmith a few months ago is probably the best copy we'll get. Many thanks to the recorder and uploader, who I honestly cannot trace but if anybody supplies the info I will be happy to edit this post accordingly.
