Thank goodness the lyrics were printed because the verses are unintelligible . Its got a nice sound , the images are grand but other than every tenth word the only thing that is clear is "I want to die with you Morrissey" .

Well, yes. What do you expect? The cult casualties form bands and sing their own versions of Morrissey songs. This could easily be a Morrissey demo cobbled together.

One can only hope that their wishes come true and all are consumed in a giant inferno at Cardiff Metropoint Arena tonight or in a car crash with some journalists on the M3. Or in an IRA/Breivik bombing. Whatever happens, it's nothign compared to what takes place in KFC every day, etc. *rollseyes*

Perhaps Morrissey will go full-on Jonestown Massacre and distribute Kool-Aid with Cheese Gougons so his entire audience can escape this unbearable life and be at peace...with the animals...in heaven...there is a better world...oh, there must be...and there will be cheese gougons served at the wake after Morrissey's funeral. Just like Steve Strange, the streets will be flooded with 80s ex-pop stars and fans sobbing and wailing as Morrissey finally has his wish come true.

I like this song. I just wish the quality was a bit better. I think it has potential in being a one off novelty hit in the UK. Here's hoping some label in the UK wants to do something with it. As good or better than Sparks "Lighten Up Morrissey".

 

[My Only Weakness]

I don't like this, and I don't think it sounds like Morrissey at all.
For one, Moz is intelligible, and I like his voice.
This is wispy, mumbled nonsense punctuated by His name,
which is the only reason any one would ever play such a thing.
Glad I'd let them pass me by, will go right back to that now.
I don't mean to offend anyone who does like it, just saying what I think.
