No idea yet, but I'm calling them tomorrow to confirm everything. I'm mildly agoraphobic so having seats is very important to my comfort level.

I'd imagine the seats are numbers from left to right though. So 1 would be to the left facing the stage, but I'll confirm tomorrow.

I called

1) Tables and seats will be set-up for the show. The show is *only* assigned seating.

2)The seat numbers are irrelevant. If you have a ticket for a table you can sit at any chair at that table.

3)No food will be served during the show.

Amazingly there are a few tickets still available for both shows.

I'll be there Saturday at table 62, I have 4 tickets out of 6 chairs at the table.

Yes, absolutely.

To see Morrissey with under 1,000 people should be a treat.

And that you have a seat where no one can bump into you makes it even better.

I'm driving up from San Diego to see it.

Do you think he'll walk on tables 41 and 42 and knock everyone's drinks over?

I have tickets to both nights which I'll be picking up at will call. I would like to be a little closer though. Is there any trading going on? I'm in the 200's.

it sort of doesn't matter where you are I think, it will be great to see a smaller show, but I am still a little jealous of the people in the front. :p I overslept on every presale day.

Thanks, Frosty, for posting the seating chart.

I had sunday tix but traded for saturday instead. I have one of the closest tables with only 2 chairs at the table so i'm happy.

I really cant understand why there's so many tix left for these shows. I would think big moz fans would take out a second mortgage to go to these shows if need be. I'm bustin open a brand new credit card for this one:D

Maybe i'll buy a pair of balcony tix on sale on ebay for $20 and have a couple of viewing perspectives. Moz is my favority charity and there'll probably be a lot of elbow room up there.

Saturday Sparks show for sale...TABLE 351...see listing on eBay. Thanks for looking!

I'll be AT Table 42 both nights!!! That would be awesome -- I am okay with Morrissey knocking over my drinks any time. I might have one extra ticket at my table both nights -- PM me if interested. The caveat is that I won't know for another few days, maybe till next week if the tickets are available.

Reno should be sort of awesome in its own right. I am a long time Vegas-goer but have never been to Reno. Anyone know what to expect? Anything humorous I should check out? So very excited for that weekend.

Personally, even though there are assigned tables/seats I do not see people on the floor area actually staying in their seats.
There is a lot of open floor space around those tables/chairs and I picture, once the show starts, people who have tickets on the floor standing and getting as close to the stage as possible.
I do not think people will be staying in their seats.

how are they supposed to bring me my drinks if i dont stay in my seat?:p

i cant imagine sitting through any songs > it'll be interesting.

cittner, reno has the feel of downtown vegas (fremont) if youve ever been there. small strip but i dont believe this hotel is on the strip. it has a smaller town feel with not so many tourists and not as deserty.

i'm starting to get very excited about this one

The venue is not in Reno itself. It is in the city of Sparks, a suburb just minutes away. You can see the Nugget hotel from just about any Reno hotel.

Reno's "strip" is fairly small, 5 or 6 blocks long. There are at times quite a few less than desirable types wandering the streets. In between the casino are mostly tourist stores (t-shirts, dice, shot glass places), pawn shops and liquor stores. There are a number of hotel/casinos outside of the strip that are very nice: the Atlantis, Peppermill, and what was the Hilton, but has changed names/owners. These are not within walking distance of the "strip". Three hotel casinos are interconnected, Circus Circus, Silver Legacy and Eldorado.
You can go between these three without ever stepping outside.

There is a good pawn shop across the street from the Eldorado. Lots of that gaudy jewelry and watches. And if you want power tools, there are tons of them there, but don't pay sticker price. Also a lot of used Cd's.

There is even some skiing/snowboarding available to do in some of the ski resorts nearby.

If you are into the big buffet eating, The Atlantis has the best buffet in my opinion. Lots of seafood on Friday and Saturday nights. A bit pricey (for me) at about $25 per person, but lots of crab, lobster, shrimp.

This is my personal opinion, but I think of downtown Reno as the tailer park person's Vegas. I get that impression of the people walking up and down the street with their cup of coins. But less cups of coins since a lot of the slot machines are going plastic. Most all of the casinos are decent though. Some of the downtown casinos off of the strip cater more to the older crowd and just reek of cigarette smoke. Again, my impression, I am not a smoker.

You may be sharing the table with Julia. Where else would she be seated?
