Shame I can't convince my wife that I need to go to Brazil for a few days. New Order play at the Espaco das Americas, Sao Paulo on the 28th November and Morrissey plays the same venue on the 2nd December, that could have been a great few days!

Im doing quite this... But I will attend Moz on Rio on the 30th and New Order in Curitiba on the 2nd December. Im eager to these gigs!

So, to be clear here, no one was trying to punch a Nazi?
You do the people who suffered under the actual Nazis a huge disservice by comparing anyone that happens to swing into your foolish definition of said Nazis. You are a misguided fool.

The story of a foreigner California Son fan. "Oh blikey mate if he wouldn't of cancelled" "It would of been great if he would play Castlehogshire Bowl" "I fantasize I am in San Diego at a Surfer Steve concert" This is about a concert that happened a million miles away from you. It's not about Joy Order, Big Country, or you going to Brazil to pay prostitutes to do weird perverted things to like all you Brits and Nazis do when you travel to third world countries.

There is only room for one fantasist on this site Aztec and you wear that badge proudly.

Rumor has it that he will be adding a newly revised "Black-eyed Steven" to the set list.

EDIT: To be released with a new B side song "True Love is a Punch in the Face"

In that case I refer you to the TMZ piece, which features a helpful giant red arrow pointing at Moz:
https://www.tmz.com/2018/11/11/morrissey-attacked-on-stage-concert-performance/
They certainly didn't get all of their facts straight though. This line cracked me up.

He usually does a meet and greet after his concerts, but this time he left without any interaction.

It should have read "99% of the time he does not do a post show meet and greet, and this night was no exception"

I hope he is ok but it looked like the man didnt get a good shot at him. Who punches someone on stage? I hope they arrest him.

I hope they arrest him.

Nobody got arrested.

“Nobody tried to punch M last night. Morrissey's fans are not malicious. The fans were simply doing what they have been doing for almost 30 years. Trying anything they could do to jump onstage and touch him, or hug him. The fan in question was certainly more aggressive in reaching out for him than most, so security had to do their job and subdue the fan. That's all it was. In the end no one was hurt, and no one was arrested.” - Peter Katsis

I punched Moz once. Ilford Island, 1995. I was onstage, trying to grab him for a hug. His head went down, my hand came up, big Dave grabbed me by the armpits to drag me away, and I connected with Moz's face. Complete accident. It happens.

Pernilla just read the swedish papers and told me that Moz had been beaten or something. Expected of course but very sad and violence has no place anywhere but some will be too charged with political hate for their own good and I experienced that in a store just the other day when a young man working there lost control over absolutely nothing.
I guess it mostly boils down to prejudice and things we read into people when it's not even there. The way someone dresses or looks in general or come across is enough to trigger some people and use violence. It is the aftermath that almost always reveal how wrong they were and how issues within those using violence can explain their actions.
One thing that is universal is that people using violence always end up feeling stupid and end up hating themselves and guilt is truly the only little evidence that there might in fact be such a thing as a higher power or why would we feel the way we do?

I find it hard to really see what happened despite the video with so many people in the way and surrounding Moz. Stretching out to hug someone can easily end in a punch.
Would help if the person that did this came forward IF it was accidental.

If this leads to some confused individuals getting to know the difference between national socialism and fascism then perhaps a mini boxing even was worth it?

Don't be sad and save your tears for later this month when the aristocrats with a sash on their shirt, River Plate, lifts the trophy after they got a great 2-2 draw away to the working class peasants from Bolivia in Boca Juniors.
