Sanctuary contact/Meet and Greet

Isn't there someone from Sanctuary that reads this board? Surely someone has their contact info. I remember seeing them post.

I won some meet and greet tickets for the show here in Dallas/Ft. Worth. I'm completely happy with that, but... there's no photographs and no autographs allowed. Isn't that just a bit odd? *sigh*
