Johnny has not had the creative control he had with The Smiths. Difficult to praise Johnny's contributions to Electronic or The Cribs when you're not quite sure what they are. The Healers are probably close to being "his" band, as The Smiths were, but I don't what one Healers albums says about his talent one way or the other. Well, nothing about his talent as a guitar player, I mean.
