You're missing "10,000 Morrisseys" by classic Australian piss-take band Mr. Floppy - they're known for doing clever things with samples, and many classic Smiths tracks are sampled in this one. It's not very complimentary 'though - the chorus runs something like "what will we do / when 10,000 Morrisseys come marching over the hill?"
And actually, now I've done a Google search, you should check out http://www.oz.net/moz/covers.htm#paro
which has what seems to be an exhaustive listing of oodles of songs pro and con the Moz/Smiths.

And then there's 'Stephen, You're Still Really Something' by The Associates and possibly 'This Charmless Man' by Blur??

Oops, sorry, meant to type 'Stephen, You're Really Something'. Still by The Associates, though.

Oh hope you enjoy this! Farin Urlaub is the singer of a German PopPunk Band "Die Ärzte" and there is another funny connection to The Smiths, since one of their songs "Ich ess Blumen" (= I eat flowers) motivated me to become a vegetarian when I was 16....

Happy 2003
