Some reasons why I dislike myself
1. I'm ugly and starting to have bags under my eyes.
2. I'm only 18 but feel 50.
3. I find it hard to talk to people, and most of the time I don't want to anyway. I'm painfully shy.
4. I don't know if I'm intelligent or thick...
5. I'll never live up to the expectations of my parents.
6. I'm a terrible brother.
7. I find it so hard to get to sleep, especially recently. As a result, I'm always tired.
8. I'm really sensitive.
9. I hide my feelings and don't talk to anyone about anything really personal.
10. I have no friends or anyone to talk to because I'm so shy.

. As I always say when people post these kinds of posts, I don't know if you've tried it, but therapy can totally change your life around. From my experience as well as lots of others I know .

Yeah, and a bad doctor can kill you, but most people (not Kuiper
) stil see them . It's hard to find a good therapist, but they're out there.My therapist ususally says it's my mom's fault
