I'll be going down on Friday to Oxford Academy.
Thanks for the heads up on the start times.
I wasn't going to go down there till about eight.
I'll have to change my plans.
So glad it's fell on a day off for me.
The last couple of times when a good bands been on I've either been working nights or just done a full day.
I was lucky when I mentioned I was going to the step daughter.
She told me one of the managers gets his hair done at her shop.
So I got put on a guest list.
So things are always better when you get them for free.

I really enjoyed this last night.
Beer was a little on the dear side but decent.
Not so many there at the start but filled out quite a bit by the second set.
The singer made a comment about the early start which made me laugh.
Something about it's hard to get people away from coronation st.
It was nice to see a few youngsters there.
It's hard to be objective when you just love so many of the songs.

I am bloody annoyed to have miss the Oxford gig, unfortunately my daughter is still too young to be left with a babysitter. Although it was probably a good job as she was in a right grump last night and spent most of the evening being very loud!

I hope they play Oxford again.
