If you read what they said carefully, they haven't actually said they are playing together at all. They are just appearing at the same event. It will probably be Freebass and Johnny playing solo as the Healers seem to be no more.

I'm somewhat ashamed to say that I'm actually looking forward to hearing what Freebase sounds like.

Good observation about Marr and Rourke. But let's be honest, if they were in the same venue after all these interviews and photos and press and they didn't share the stage for at least one song, the venue would erupt in chaos. (well maybe not, but people would be pissed to be sure)
