If you don't have any luck on here and are in Liverpool tomorrow night, then head to the Empire and the pub next door (Head of Steam). Make it known in the pub that you are after a ticket. Someone will have a spare, or know someone with one.
I know people who do this for football matches all the time. It usually works if you pick the right place to ask. There are always people with spare tickets who either can't be bothered or are too shy to try and flog them. I know that I have been guilty of this!
I once asked at the Manchester Free Trade Hall box office (without any hope) if they had any returns, on the night. They didn't, but a Guardian journalist overheard me and gave me two spare tickets that she didn't need, for free. More recently at Move I had spares and couldn't give them away as the securty insisted that I stand with the touts. I would have gladly given them away as I was on the guest list. Chance your arm.
