Your Arsenal Won't Play!?

Hi guys - I just received my new shiny CD of Your Arsenal remaster and the bad news is it won't play the first few tracks without stuttering and glitching. The songs from 'Fatty' onwards play ok but nothing before. Is this just my disc or can anyone else confirm a problem? I've cleaned the disc and there are no apparent marks to indicate damage etc...

Well, as Jose Mourinho was quoted as saying last week, Arsene Wenger has become something of a specialist in failure......

........I'll get me coat!

Mine plays fine, no problems, no stuttering or glitching.

Have you tried it on a different CD player?

It may just be a dodgy disc, return it and get your money back.

Here's the oddness... I played it on my bluray player and it was fine, I played it on an old DVD player and it worked, but it refused to play on a cd player and it doesn't play on my computer without the glitching etc! I always make a backup copy to my hard drive when I get a CD but I can't get this one to play ball. Do you think it has copy protection on it? Can one of you guys see if it rips ok to your computer please? Thanks guys.

It's on Spotify in 320kb, search for the album not 'Morrissey' as it only brings up the 1992 version under artist search. Spotify premium free for a month, while you wait for your replacement.

Spotify streams music at low bit rates...you won't notice much of a difference even using Premium.

I'm getting the exact same problem, except I just exchanged it already and I get the same problem with the replacement! It simply won't rip on a computer, so I can't get it on my portable player. I'm not sure what's going on. I got both of them from Amazon. Bad batch? Surely not copy protection. I thought they'd given up on that. Very frustrating.

You could always play it on a CD player and feed the CD player into your PC and record the wav stream and chop it up, like a vinyl rip. That's what I did with his Under The Influence CD, which had copy protection on it. Not very hard to do. A pain in the ass maybe, but not as much as having to return CDs.

So it looks like the discs are as cheap as the rest of the packaging...

I wonder if they're as cheap as the Legacy reissues you blatantly lied to everybody about on your website.
