Finally got the purple crest t shirt this morning, I ordered in January.
They don't reply to e-mails but very polite and helpful on the phone.
Overall customer satisfaction low!
In my over excitement this afternoon that ticketmaster was finally working I managed to buy tickets for the wrong date in NYC. Whilst feeling particularly stupid I then bought tickets for Tuesday, the date I actually wanted.
I am in the UK so can't put the tickets on the ticketmaster...
I've had the same problem with the same shirt! I ordered from the UK, no one answers the phone or e-mails. I'm trying to figure out who at Sanctaury (who own Bravado) to contact. If you have any thoughts let me know.
