I remember his witty quote about a milk float running him over, from back in the day. He was meant to be on a downer leaving Stephen Street and in the making of Kill Uncle, though this interview is a bit repetitive.

I`ve had another thought its the clarity of the sound I relish, sure its not the dogs bollocks, but the drumming is powerful not deafening. You can hear Craig ad-libbing chords changes, but its not hidden...

But for the one and only night they play, amongst manic Smiths fans, you can forgive bum notes, and missed keys...where am I.....Just enjoy it for what it is. :guitar:

Hearing the Smiths minus Johnny playing Morrissey solo songs they sound very tight and light of touch.
Morrissey/Alain went for a heavier poppier sound....I don't mind its all good.
