Love it.

John Stapleton & Lynn Faulds Wood from Watchdog c. 1984? What a curious choice.

Is it Laurence Harvey in 1959's "A Room at the Top"?
Haven't seen the film or read the novel, but it sounds interesting as well as salacious.

Senilità it's a wonderful movie directed by Mauro Bolognini from the great novel by Italo Svevo, alias Ettore Schmidtz. It's about an old men who is in relationship with a very young woman, Angelina...Great picture!

Thanks for identifying the film
NB He was one of three alternating leads in the 1960s television series "The Name of the Game" (1968), a spin-off from the TV movie "Fame Is the Name of the Game "

Morrissey's in his italian film 60's now, it's time Morrissey
[well I'm sure he's aware of him] goes into past German
alternative film, with Rainer Werner Fassbinder as
best, well he' died too young as many great artist did

not only Fassbinder but in the 1970/80 some good
work came from Germany, he can do France also,
but the cover of the Smiths albun The Queen is dead
one of France most known filmstar was shown
though I liked the comedy movies with the great
Louis F.
[yes the gendarmes movies, some say they're cheap
but Funet was a leaugue of his own]

I'm Dutch, currently Martin Koolhoven 2008 movie is showing
USA movies, with english undertitles, Martin didn't agree if the
film got messed up by USA voice over, so real Dutch spoken
and undertittled, it's was allready shown on Dutch TV,
but good things take time, if it comes to get yer movie
get a change on the other side of the world

see it, it's only in 80 cinema's, so 1 cinema per great city

to be on-topic, it's typical Morrissey, we might wonder why,
and who, and check, etc.

'and they say he's mentall'
