Matt Walker's band, the MDR, have a show booked in Chicago on Jan. 23rd. So- tour starts later than that? Or is it possible that Moz will play in Chicago Jan. 22 or 24th and Matt will squeeze his own gig in there?

I think the announcement on TTY said that the US tour would start Feb 23rd. But who knows, that could be old news by now!:o

"Years of refusal now has a release date of February 23rd, which will also see the start of a lengthy US tour."

Maybe because its that I just saw Cadillac Records and am really in the mood for soul, but if the rumors are true that Eli "Paperboy" Reed is gonna open the US tour, I am gonna be very very happy!

A couple of staff members there have said that rarely do events at the Hall go on sale more then 6-8 weeks ahead of the schedueld date so I think there is still a good possiblity of it happening.

doesn't look like carnegie hall is gonna happen

Omg, I want that Orlando show to happen soooo bad!!!

Come back to St. Louis!
He played there on his birthday in 2007 and it was a full house. He also named it as one of his favorite shows of the year. Seems likely that he would return, yeah?

st. louis was one of the best concert experiences of my life! my friend and i flew down from toronto for it and everyone was friendly and super helpful. we had the best time so i'm hoping to see him for the second time on this leg. hopefully the nyc show gets confirmed as that is the one i am most likely to attend.

Carnegie Hall is gonna happen. And 'paperboy' is support on the day.

So if Eli is indeed the opener which seems to be true, then his boasts of playing Bowery Webster Hall and Carnagie Hall may in fact be true too. Those two could be warm-up shows for the tour. A lot of bands play Bowery before they start a major tour to work out the new songs. That would be incredible if it happens.
