Book recommendations - help needed

Bump! What did you think of the books? :)

Hi MB - thanks for asking. I haven't gotten my head 'round Derrick Jensen's "Endgame" yet, but it's now made its way to the top of my "heap of unread books". So far I've read LuvMozzy's "Monster Love" by Carol Topolski, which was not quite what I expected but very thrilling, and "He Kills Coppers" by Jake Arnott, which i didn't get into really...

I've just started Rohinton Mistry's "A Fine Balance" - I got that as a BD present :).

This is an interesting read. Note, not a good read as it is mainly lies, but interesting anyway..

The Secret History by Donna Tartt. Everyone ought to read this; I genuinely believe it's one of the best books I've ever read.

Also:

The Book Thief by Marcus Zusak.
Invisible Monsters/Fight Club/Choke by Chuck Palahniuk.
The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde.
1984 by George Orwell.
Sputnik Sweetheart by Haruki Murakami.
The Motel Life by Willy Vlautin.
The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald.
The Cutting Room by Louise Welsh.
My Brother's Gun by Ray Loriga.
Brighton Rock/A Burnt-Out Case by Graham Greene.
White Noise by Don Delillo.
Satan Wants Me by Robert Irwin.
If Nobody Speaks of Remarkable Things by Jon McGregor.
Atonement by Ian McEwan.
Notes from an Exhibition by Patrick Gale.

Ah, books. How I love them :)

Nobody likes this book but me, yet I keep recommending it:

The History Of Calamity Physics by Marisha Pessl
