I've never seen it before, but i wouldn't think there'd be much value to it as collectors tend to sniff at things with multiple artists on in general, bowies outside tour promo cd a notable exception.

It is not rare but it has a hilarious "Pistols on 45" medley performed by Black Arabs. From a collectors point of view, this is the US promo for the release of "Best...I", "Best...II" and the video compilation "The Complete Picture".
