it's gonna be pins and needles for everyone with tickets over the next week... cross your fingers that its just the sniffles and not the flu.

I'm going to see Ted Leo and the Pharmacists tonight..... I'm sure he'll show up, even if he doesn't feel quite 100%.

Won't be at the Native Foods in PS or Palm Desert tonight, but check it out! It's my fave SoCal vegan chain.

Have a nice relaxing evening, Mel and co. Your reliable entertaining review was missed on the main page for LV. The volume of mainly anonymous muck there and how irresponsibly it's moderated is very sad. If I was the musician in question and was aware that this was the best his biggest 'fansite' could do, it would literally make me sick, knowing it goes on, and on. No good lobbying for change I suppose.

'Fantasy Springs Resort Casino management has been informed that Morrissey has "blown out his voice" and will be unable to perform tonight, December 5th, 2009.'

Let's face it: Touring must be hard. Waiting at airports, flying, more waiting, body clock all over the place. And the more you travel, the easier it is to get ill. OK, travelling artists do get a better treatment (VIP lounges, cars waiting to take you to the hotel) but it's still mind numbing - especially if you've been doing it for the best part of your life.

Maybe it becomes a job.....and then you pull a "sickie" like the rest of us sometimes do

But [on a serious note] I sometimes wonder why does he do these everlasting mega tours if he can't quite pull them off?

Well, it's easy to say anything with your keyboard as an anonymous person. So many people have the attitude "I know best" and are very quick to air their opinions. It's quite selfish but suppose it's "human nature". I personally dislike people who always have their gobs open, giving you the "right" advise and the "right" opinions.

or moz just hates casinos ie walked off in CT. walked off in vegas and then was reminded from last nite of the disgust he has for casinos and just cancelled indio.
