It looks a bit familiar. Especially the smokey gray of the shirt itself.
I thought the exact same thing. Me reckon Moz and Robert Smith are destined to make music together even though they hate each other's guts. Actually, since Moz is a vegetarian does he hate someone's 'guts' or just hates them?
Regardless the new t shirt looks great.

Well Robert Smith can write lyrics and music and sing well enough on his own.

What would Moz bring to the table?

Does anyone have a link to the original photo?
The original on instagram vanished, but it's not the first time it was used by Moz:

if you look back at photos from his last tour you will see a thousand people taking the same photo. How does this person know it's their photo? I'm going to tweet that he's using my photo for the new shirt.

Congrats, I guess ?

The photo was captured at one of the Australian tour gigs from 2016. I met Rae inline at the Melbourne show @ Festival Hall, she's a great person and loving soul. Also, she runs the Morrissey Sticker Project which you can find on etsy too.

As a creator, I'm curious.... did the photographer get paid? Also, what's the legal standing here - Morrissey (presumably) owns the rights to his own likeness but the photographer owns copyright on any images taken by them... any legal-eagles out there care to enlighten us?

I'd be happy to work for tea.
Tea and party rings.

Love the T-shirt image but I'm not really one for wearing bold designs. In fact, none of the stuff in the Mporium is what you'd call...subtle.

They did not get paid.

Ah, ok....I get you now. OK, true, and that really sucks. A creator needs to be paid for his/her work, unless that work has been given free of choice.
But I'm really more interested in the clash of legal technicalities here - Ownership of celebrity likeness vs. Ownership of original photograph
