rare cd and peculiar LP

I am reluctantly selling a few of my very rare Morrissey recordings, i cant beleive I'm doing it, but times are that tough. Highest offer wins over the next 2 weeks. finishes on Sunday 14th Feb 11.30pm.

1.Smiths- Genius steals- CD live album (recorded the night after the album Rank was recorded)

and here is where it gets rather odd.

I also have a very rare and very peculiar LP which i bought from a reputable dealer aprox 16 years ago; recording by morrissey- live wembley ! On the cover a photo which I've never seen of him before,with Morrissey printed above, however, on the actual record it has "Stephen Smith"! live wembley 91 with the track names on (but yet again the song titles are not spelt as you might have thought them too be..it really is so strange.! :?

Oftentimes bootleg records and cd's were pressed in Italy where bootlegs weren't illegal, then sent to England to be packaged together with the artwork that was printed locally. To throw customs agents off the scent, the records and cd's were pressed without direct mention of the actual artist, so it could seem they weren't bootlegs.

I remember living in Germany in 1993 and bootleg live recordings were in every store, from indie shops to the the big boxes. It blew my mind at the time and was quite amazing to see Depeche Mode concerts in the local department stores only weeks later. I believe there was some kind of loophole in the law that allowed the "labels" to place the bands "royalty" in an escrow account...

I have that record. I think I got it on ebay 9 years ago or something.
If I recall, the audio is really scratchy.
