Technical help sticky?

Is it possible to make a technical help/support sticky in the downloads forum or somewhere?

1) Regarding the uploading and downloading, covering such questions as megaupload limit, download manging software, how to upload stuff and so on.

2) Regarding the audio/video editing software.

These are the reoccurring questions and there has been a lot of really useful information posted, however it is very fragmented and difficult to find.

Hi Sister, it is possible and your point is very valid.

The only problem thus far is gathering all the information to make it available in one thread.

If someone found the time to collate it all together then we can certainly make it a sticky - seems a very sound idea.
