I personally don't GAS about black people or their continued 'plight'. They're not part of my life at all.
The ones I've had the misfortune to have any contact with all had chips on their shoulders which they carry around on a permanent basis, and probably tainted the real them, the one they show when they're with their ilk, but at the same time confirmed my own position about them - they're racist. They need to change yet they think everyone else needs to change. It's not a white problem. If they don't nothing will change and the conflict will continue.
