In Autobigraphy when discussing Tim Broad's death Morrissey says he is suffering from waht they call in We Ho (West Hollywood?) as "the Headache".
What does he mean? It puzzles me everytime I read it.

West Hollywood known to have a very strong gay community, I took it to mean AIDS.
