What is currently your favorite television show(s)?

I realize nobody gives a flip about my guilty pleasure Big Brother, but this is the BEST. WEEK. of the series...double elimination. The houseguests get all comfortable and cliquey and have it all figured out through weeks of manipulation and ass kissing and they forget about this week and it happens tomorrow. They play an entire week in 30 minutes so there's no time to kiss ass and you get to see their true colors as they scramble to figure out who to evict. Personally I think they're all kinda assholes this season and I'm not really rooting for anyone like I was last year, but I love watching them panic. :D Also in addition to all the racist shit going on, one of the dudes admitted to watching child porn and they're investigating it. What a f***ing moron...and a creeper if it's true.

I guess I like Judd the best. I thought Helen but to watch her blatantly lick the HOH's ass and to drop lies is making me think she's just a monster. Sycophancy is creepy.

its called "The Legend of Hua Mulan" :guitar:
sorry, pics from it won't post here  too many from the 2009 version made come up :o
anyways, I have someone to translate for me a couple of nights a week :)
but I really try to see how much I can follow without her doing so :thumb:
she seems to usually be impressed :p

It's actually a cookery show called Bitchin' Kitchen hosted by Nadia G. She makes good food, very funny woman and I love her style of fashion.

Big Brother 15 is the WORST. Everyone goes with the house. WHO IN THE f*** IS THE HOUSE if it's represented by three racists, one of them a f***ing bully that everyone is pretending isn't "because she's funny" and her whipping boy, a f***ing pedophile, a psychotic girl they all pick on, a little gay rat, a botoxed yoga instructor there because of nepotism all being comandeered by an Asian lady with shitty acting skillz. Ugh, I hate this years house. THey just evicted the black girl whose "feisty" because they've been f***ing attacking her for weeks and the closest thing to an honest boy. WTF? I don't even want to watch anymore.

TROLLIED SKY1 - It's best thing on the box at the moment. It's as Northern British as a Northern British comedy can be! It works in so many ways! The comedy is always funny! The plots are always good! The characters always have another layer to explore! BRILLIANT! :)

Not a lot of room left on the cool couch! :D

[ps: "The Peaky Blinders", that's the name of "BrummieBoy"'s band! It's been under wraps like this programme and other parts of "The BrummieBoy Project". But now it's 'out there', so I can tell you all as I say "bye" from Birmingham. Enjoy Morrissey, he's made a reasonable fist of what he was gifted. And enjoy "The Peaky Blinders": the t.v show is first, but the band might not release anything until "BrummieBoy" has gone to the great gig in the sky. He's looking after his Westie who's dying of cancer. He really doesn't think Fame is worth it, he just creates memes and personas and let's others do that stuff whilst he writes and records in monastic seclusion. I am The Secretary, but I'm not a thicko bimbo, lol! I'm just as important as "BrummieBoy". Watch "The Peaky Blinders" and you'll see what I/we mean. We're still trying to persuade "BrummieBoy" to perform before he dies, but his injuries were extreme and it's unlikely to happen unless there's a miracle. It's been great fun playing. LOL-ing and trolling with you all. Enjoy yourselves, it's later than you think! With every possible blessing from Birmingham. Yours, in Jubilo! Sharon McCormick. Secretary/P.R/Psychiatrist to "The BrummieBoyProject" aka "The Peaky Blinders".]

The TV Thread

Sounds like Matt Lucas is bored. He's back at the BBC writing a silent visual comedy called Pompidou. I hope it's better than Big School, David Williams did a terrible job with that. I'm not sure if they work well solo. Take Adrian Edmondson and Rik Mayall for example as a duo who never worked well in comedy solo. On the topic of Rik Mayall, he's staring in new comedy "Man Down" on Channel 4 as Greg Davies' Dad. It will be on our screens in the next month.

Re: The TV Thread

Dinner Date - it's quite addictive but who on earth really thinks that they will actually get their dream husband or wife from a Come Dine With Me spin off? I'm sure the contestants on this show are just very nosey sods who just want to nose in on people's house and lives :D

Re: The TV Thread

Dexter is over  and while I did not "like" the ending, I felt it was appropriate :o
now I am catching up on Season 2 of:

I enjoyed watching the 1st season with my parents, let's see if the same is true of the 2nd with my Texan housemate :thumb:

Re: The TV Thread

I really love Children's Hospital. It's a warped parody of hour-long medical dramas done in bizarre 12-minute episodes. Daily Show & Colbert because I'm a lazy left-leaning young American. Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. could have been a lot worse, so I'll keep watching. Andy Samberg's new show, Brooklyn Nine-Nine is also pretty funny for a sitcom.

I watch too much TV. Breaking Bad is getting insane, and I'm glad it will all be over soon.

The Big Bang Theory returns for season seven tonight. This is by far the best sitcom ever produced and the only one I watch. Other TV shows I watch are Breaking Bad, Downton Abbey, and Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown. Used to be a fan of The Real Housewives series, Project Runway, and Top Chef. But I am tired of all three. I need fresh blood.

GF says I remind her of Sheldon. :-/

Well, Breaking Bad I suppose, but not because I think its the greatest thing since sliced bread. It is the best around at the moment though. I don't think it compares with the greatest shows which are always wheeled out when this argument is raised. It is no I, Claudius, or Sopranos, but interestingly it is one that does not have a single likeable character, which is quite unusual in such a show. WW is positively awful, but perhaps edged out by Skyler.

The fourth series of Boardwalk Empire is going well, but its too early to tell if it will pan out to be really great. Buscemi keeps it chugging along. He's amazing.

I'll watch German goddess Diane Krueger in anything :horny: but

this show is actually pretty good, her character especially because she is pretty clearly playing an "Aspie" :thumb:
