His worst album ever. All You Need Is Me is his worst song ever. When YOR came out, I thought it was all over. I don’t care about his political views, but this appalling album nearly led me give up on him.

Thankfully, the subsequent four albums have all had some quality material.

The end of Pigsty, on Ringleader, represents the beginning of a creative nadir for me. Something is Squeezing my Skull sounded like a brilliant reawakening.

I enjoy Refusal because I see it as a re-emergence. And it anticipates (in its direction) World Peace which is a great, great, record.
