 Kurt Cobain even admitted to ripping of Pixies. They definitely did rip off Pixies, badly too!
Edit: Also, in my opinion, the only reason Nirvana are so famous and "influential" still is because Cobain killed himself.
I'm sure they're very good live, but... I'd much rather a Biafra spoken word gig!:p Yeah, it just wouldn't feel right.:(
Blondie still tour though, don't they? (I saw they were in your list)
A little appreciated band:p:

I'd love to see Throbbing Gristle too! Very Friendly would be great to hear live... Is it just me or is that song quite VUish?:o
I've seen The Horrors live, I really didn't think much of them, I don't know whether it was the music or just the gig. The guitarist was very entertaining though.

Dead Kennedys definitely should be on my list... I'd never see them after all that business with the MUTINY and TREACHORY! Biafra almost is the Dead Kennedys, how can they call themselves that, with some little old f***er buzzing on stage like a fly on shit-a tribute band is all they are now; a...
Just watching videos of the Cramps live, wish I could've gotten to see them. In one of the videos, Lux drinks something from a shoe, what looks like an Adidas!:o
Aswell as the Cramps, The Velvet Underground, Captain Beefheart & His Magic Band, Pixies (really wish I could've seen them)...
They aren't famous for reggae covers, which UB40 are! They are famous for their own songs which had a hint of reggae and more than a hint in some. UB40 generally aren't.
Forgot to post this before-
The blog on her MySpace says on April 13th, Big Bad Handsome Man is going to be released as a download only single on iTunes and something else, I think. It's a remix, so it's not quite like the album version, just like with Johnny Got a Boom Boom. :)
Apart from Moz/Smiths....
