Ally Pally doors open at 18:30

Any reason known for why the Ally Pally gig is starting an hour earlier? Will this affect the running order as Im not going to get to the gig until 2000 earliest

I Think Doll and the kicks will still be on at 8pm and Morriseey at 9pm...
The venue itself does say doors are open 6.30pm and it shuts at 10.45pm

considering at the RAH gig he was off by 10.25pm i think it is just a case of the doors opening an hour earlier than normal

It means that they can sell more beer! As Ally Pally is in Wood Green they have a shuttle bus from the train into the park. So it's just logistical to allow longer for people to arrive. Plus, they sell more beer

Reckon it will be easy enough to see the whole show, and get a train from Alexandra Palace train station at 23:10??

Cheers but I need to get the 23:10 train to be able to get other trains, which will eventually (fingers crossed) get me back home!

Ah well, if I have to leave early...I have to leave early.

EDIT: Actually I take that back!! According to that site I can get a later train back than I thought!
