Blackpool to bridlington (driving)

Okay so if am going from sheffield to blackpool is it best to go back to sheffield and then go to brid or stay in blackpool and cross over to bridlington, is that easy to do, i dont mind doing either just want to know whats best.

Am sure i can take all my 2p's for the slots

I'm from Rotherham so we're neighbours! I'm going from Rotherham to Blackpool on Friday and going over to Bridlington from Blackpool on Sunday. If you go on The AA website they have a route planner which gives you mileage details and you can print out directions. Search around the net and you'll be able to get a good deal on accomodation, I've booked my Blackpool hotel and will sort Brid out later today. Hope this helps.

Thanks for that i will probably do the same but will have to find cheap places to stay i suppose it is the end of the school holidays so might be easy. Anything worth doing in blackpool or just the rides?

How much do you want to pay for your hotel? I spent hours sorting a place out yesterday and did pretty well in the end. Many hotels insist on two nights minimum stay and the illuminations are being switched on the night of the gig! Don't panic though there are plenty of websites where you can pick up a good deal but they fluctuate in price massively. I booked a single night at The Savoy for my friend for £35 which was nearly half price and two rooms for two nights for four of us at around £30 each per night.
