Has anyone noted the lyrics from James Maker's single. It's best played very loud. It has a high-Energy drum beat thing that sounds like the noise in 'Never mind the Buzzcocks' at the end of the quick-fire round if that means anything to you. Anyhow, the song seems to be about the singer being born 'bad' and that he'd 'push Mother Theresa of a cliff'!! Haven't worked outr if it's about being born gay. Anyone else?
The Jobriath single is REALLY good and I prefer it to the Maker one. I twisted my knee dancing to it in the kitchen yesterday. The song goes on about being bored and life being better when having a fight (fight, that is in a relationship I believe). The b-side 'Scumbag' is OK too - about a busker who sits on a milk-crate playing guitar outside a restaurant "zum-zum zum-zum-zum-zum oooh ooooh!"
