Rod Stewart is brilliant and he has outlasted most of the shite of today!
He can still sing, he started ...circa 1971...he recorded "dirty ole Town", I beleive around that era on "An old coat never lets you down" or some-such.He was also part of the Long John Baldry Band, circa 72 or thereabouts.
He proved his worth many times over.....Maggie May....You Wear It Well...Mandolin Wind (John Peel played the mandolin, if you did not know)
Anyway, I don't want to bore you with science, but Mr Stewart has well earned his esteem.....in my estimation.
