why Europe?

Does anybody have any ideas on why the Oye Esteban tour is only in Europe? is it because it would cost too much to tour elsewhere? He could have done the same number of dates, but spread out over more countries. do the Irish really NEED eight shows???? (yes, and I know you're tired of hearing folks whining about being passed over, but there is no justice!)

With a population of over 3,600,000 Ireland is ideal because in priciple it means that 450,000 people could potentially go to each concert - they'll be huge!

You know, in the early days, '85- '86 say, that's exactly how I felt! I loved the music, but hated many of his (what I presumed were) affections. But I was young and naive back then....
