What they don't get is that a car moving as fast as Morrissey's shifts gears SO FAST to pin him down and have him be consistently one person or another like this artist or that artist or so-and-so is IMPOSSIBLE. He's not like us. And it's not that he's a diva, he's not entirely human. But he's trying to be.

Quite right. Morrissey is not a human being, he is a God-like pan-galactic super-being, and his actions and statements are not questionable by us puny mortals. He is above all critique. If he chooses to order a violent beatdown on one of his fans, then who are we to judge him? Gosh darn it - the boy can't help it.

Yeah, I know. But the other side of the coin is no one should read into the date someone 'joined' the site.

Regarding sharing who I am: I have never been a 'prominent member' so I don't think there's a lot of point. I've always faded in and out. There are a number of people I have known in 'real life' through this community, but I don't know whether many of them post anymore. I know one high profile member has been banned but that's all I am aware of..
