I'm 45 an have never been one for Hero's but.....

Watching Morrissey for the first time in a while at Ally Pally made me realise how much he means to me.

I first came across The Smiths as a 19 year old student at Loughborough Uni back in 1983 and he has been making total sense to me ever since.

You're not old... you have all expiences on this life but...
Isn't it normal to find a hero?

I saw a comment on a youtube video a few months ago that said 'Morrissey, my last remaining hero. i love you' or words to that effect, and it struck me that although others come and go(there are many people I admire, but all have a habit of disappointing you in the end, or you simply stop worshipping/admiring them...) Morrissey remains.. and i know this sounds very very silly but he is my one constant companion, after all the crap you have to put up with, you can always rely on him to cheer you up or at least empathise with you, through the songs.
